I forgot my password — what do I do?+
Go to the Log in page → Forgot password. Enter your registered email and we'll send a reset link within a few minutes.
My payment didn't go through?+
Double-check your card/account details. If it still fails, try another payment method or email us with your transaction code.
How do I cancel Premium?+
Go to Profile → Settings → Subscription → Cancel. You keep Premium until the end of the current billing period.
