今天 + 天气 + 怎么样？To ask how the weather is today, use the pattern: 今天 + 天气 + 怎么样? Here 今天 is 'today', 天气 is 'weather', and 怎么样 asks 'how'.

Grammar
Describing the weather
天气 + 很/真 + 形容词Use 很 or 真 before an adjective to describe the weather. 很 means 'very', 真 means 'really'. Common adjectives: hot (热), cold (冷), dry (干).
今天天气很热。
The weather is very hot today.
外面的风真冷。
The wind outside is really cold.
