Effective Chinese listening practice

Listening (听力) is one of the four core skills in learning Chinese and is often the hardest for learners because of tones and natural speaking speed. Regular listening practice helps you get used to the sounds, distinguish tones, and react faster in conversation and in the HSK exam.

At Hanbeego, every word has accurate native audio. You practice listening by HSK 1-9 level with three drill types: pick the character, guess the meaning, and type the pinyin — training your ear while reinforcing characters and pronunciation at once.

With just 10-15 minutes of listening practice a day, you'll see your listening reflexes improve noticeably within a few weeks. The system remembers the words you often mishear and prioritizes them for review at the right time.
