今天我想去借书。
Today I wanted to go to the library to borrow books.
可是我不知道，所以问了一位老人。
But I didn't know the way, so I asked an elderly man.
我问：“，怎么走？”
I asked: "Excuse me, how do I get to the library?"
他说：“你前走，到前面的。”
He said: "Just keep going straight ahead to the intersection up front."
“然后，就在的。”
"Then turn left, and the library is right next to the bank."
我问他：“离这儿吗？”
I asked him: "Is it far from here?"
他说：“不，走十分钟就到了。”
He said: "Not far, you'll be there in a ten-minute walk."
我很高兴，谢谢了他以后就走了。
I was very happy; I thanked him and then left.
