Explanation
A declarative sentence is a type of sentence used to tell, describe an event, or state an opinion, without a questioning or exclamatory tone. The structure is usually: Subject + Predicate (+ Object). For example: '妈妈做晚饭' (Mom cooks dinner) or '我不喜欢看电视' (I don't like watching TV). The sentence can be affirmative or negative.
