Explanation
越发 (yuèfā) is an adverb of degree (a word modifying a verb or adjective that indicates degree) meaning "more and more, increasingly," expressing a degree that rises over time or as conditions change.
[changing condition/time]，+ [subject] + 越发 (yuèfā) + [psychological verb/adjective] + 了 (le). It usually ends with 了 to mark the change. For example, 越发有热情了 = "increasingly enthusiastic."
