Đại từ nhân xưng + 是 + Danh từ/Đại từThe 是 pattern is used to introduce or identify. Personal pronouns (我, 你, 他, 她, 它, 我们, 你们, 他们) go before 是, followed by the noun or pronoun being introduced.
我是学生。
I am a student.
他们是朋友。
They are friends.
