Scene 1: A Bike Blocking the Way
下班高峰，地铁站口堆着一排的。
It was rush hour, and a messy row of shared bikes was piled up right outside the subway entrance.
其中一辆倒在路中间，断了，挡住了出入口。
One of them had toppled over in the middle of the path, its pedal snapped off, blocking the way in and out.
人们都皱着眉绕过去，谁也没停下来。
People frowned and went around it, but no one stopped.

Scene 2: Struggling Alone
林静蹲下来想把车扶到一边，可车把卡在了栏杆上。
Lin Jing crouched down to lift the bike out of the way, but the handlebars were jammed against the railing.

Miss, you didn't break it. Why bother with it?

嘛，挪开总比让人摔一跤强。
It's no trouble at all. Better to move it than let someone take a fall.
她掏出手机，对着车上的扫了一下——0537。
She pulled out her phone and scanned the number on the bike — 0537.
Scene 3: One Phone Call
在App里，她找到了的入口，拍了照片传上去。
In the app she found the option to report a problem, took a photo, and uploaded it.

刚发完，旁边一个戴红帽子的大叔也走了过来。
Just as she hit send, a middle-aged man in a red cap walked over.

Scene 4: The Path Clears Again
两人合力把车抬到路边，大叔三两下就换好了。
Together they carried the bike to the curb, and the man swapped out the pedal in no time.
