Explanation
别提了 (bié tí le) is a fixed colloquial phrase meaning "don't even mention it, no need to say," used when a matter is too terrible, too infuriating, or too hard to talk about, so one does not want to go on; sometimes it is also used in the opposite sense to say "so good/bad it goes without saying."
used independently at the start of a sentence (别提了，...) to open a complaint; or the pattern 更别提了 (gèng bié tí le, let alone, needless to say) placed at the end to emphasize degree.
