Explanation
'怪不得' (guàibude) means 'no wonder, that explains why', used when the speaker suddenly realizes the cause of something, expressing the moment of dawning understanding after learning the reason.
怪不得 (guàibude) + result/phenomenon, 原来 (yuánlái = it turns out) + reason; or state the reason first and then '怪不得' + result. It often pairs with '原来'.
in conversation, when one has just discovered the cause that makes everything make sense; it carries the nuance of 'ah, so that's why'.
'怪不得' (no wonder) expresses a dawning realization; it differs from '难怪' (nánguài), which is nearly synonymous, but '怪不得' is more common in colloquial speech. Don't confuse it with '不能怪' (cannot blame).
'怪不得' does not have the literal meaning 'cannot be blamed'; and the sentence usually needs to state the reason (the 原来... part) to be complete—omitting the reason sounds abrupt.
