Used to express a feeling of excess, usually too much or too far. This pattern expresses surprise or an exclamation.

Wanting to go out to do something

S + 想 + 出去 + 动词

Used to express the wish to go out to do an action. '出去' means to go out, and it is placed before the main verb.
