Explanation

Multiple adverbials means that a sentence can contain several adverbials modifying the verb, expressing various aspects such as time, location, purpose, manner, etc. These adverbials are usually arranged in the order: time → location → purpose → manner → verb. For example: '他昨天在教室里认真地写完了作业' has three adverbials: '昨天' (time), '在教室里' (location), '认真地' (manner).
