Payment Policy

This payment policy describes the methods and process for paying for a Premium plan on Hanbeego.

1. Payment methods

• Bank transfer via QR code (VietQR).
• MoMo e-wallet.
• ZaloPay e-wallet.

2. Payment process

• Choose a Premium plan on the Pricing page and proceed to pay.
• After a successful payment, the system automatically confirms and activates Premium for the account.
• The new plan's duration is added to your current expiry (if any).

3. Order confirmation

After payment, you receive an order-status confirmation in your account and/or by email. Please keep your order code for reference.

4. Payment security

Transactions are processed by third-party payment gateways. Hanbeego does NOT store your card or bank account details.

5. Handling payment issues

If you were charged but Premium was not granted, were charged twice, or hit an error during payment, please contact support with your order code so we can check and resolve it. See also the Refund Policy.
