Service Termination & Refund Policy

This policy sets out the cases in which the Premium service is terminated and how related refunds are handled.

1. User cancellation

You may stop using or delete your account at any time. Since plans do not auto-renew, no further charges occur after a plan expires.

2. Effective time of termination and notice process

• When the user is the terminating party: the contract terminates from the moment the user sends a termination notice (via email or the Contact page) or deletes their account in the app. Since plans are paid once and do not auto-renew, no further service-fee obligation arises.
• Process and response time: we acknowledge receipt of the notice within 72 hours and complete processing (including deleting related personal data on request) within 7–30 days, except information we must retain by law.

3. Platform suspension or termination

• We may suspend or terminate the service for accounts that breach the Service Terms.
• Immediate termination with no refund for conduct that breaks the law, violates community standards, or posts or distributes obscene, pornographic, violent, hateful, harassing or fraudulent content, infringes others' rights, or harms the platform and other users.
• We may suspend the service for maintenance and upgrades; for planned maintenance we give advance notice where possible.

4. Platform ceasing operation

If the platform permanently ceases operation, we will give reasonable advance notice and help you export your learning data. For time-based plans, the unused portion of the term is refunded as required by law. For the lifetime plan — which is promised for as long as the platform operates — if the platform ceases operation we will consider a prorated refund based on the purchase date and time already used (prioritizing plans bought close to the shutdown), in line with consumer-protection law.

5. Refunds upon termination

If the service is terminated due to a fault on the platform's side while your plan is still valid and unused, a refund is considered under the Returns & Refund Policy. If your account is terminated because you breached the terms of use, no refund is given.
