By creating an account or using Hanbeego (the “service”), you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Each account is for one individual; do not share a Premium account with others.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

2. Premium & payments

• Premium is sold as a monthly plan (59,000₫/30 days) or yearly (499,000₫/365 days), paid once by bank transfer.
• The plan does not auto-renew — when it expires, the account returns to Free. You top up whenever you like.
• Top-up time is added to your current expiry, so there's no risk of double-paying.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not copy, resell or redistribute our learning content.
• Do not use automated tools to scrape data or disrupt the system.
• Do not post unlawful content in the Community area.

4. AI-generated content

Some learning content (e.g. sentences, conversations, practice exams) is generated with AI assistance and automated review. Although we strive for quality, errors may remain — please report them so we can improve.

5. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms and will post changes on this page. Continued use of the service means you accept the changes.
