Service Terms

This page sets out the conditions, scope and limits that apply when you use Hanbeego's online Chinese-learning service (the hanbeego.com website and the mobile app). By using the service, you agree to the conditions below.

1. Type of service provided

Hanbeego provides an education service — online Chinese learning delivered as digital content: lessons, vocabulary, grammar, HSK practice exams, pronunciation audio, practice tools and an AI tutor. This is self-study support content; it is not an accredited training programme and does not replace the official HSK exam organised by the competent authority.

2. Conditions of use

• There is no age limit for users; minors should use the service with the consent and guidance of a parent or guardian.
• You need a Hanbeego account, an internet connection and a compatible browser or app.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for keeping your account secure.

3. Limits & prohibited conduct

• Copying, redistributing, reselling or commercially exploiting our learning content without permission.
• Using automated tools (bots, crawlers) to scrape data or overload the system.
• Sharing a Premium account among several people, or committing payment fraud.
• Using the service for purposes that violate Vietnamese law or infringe third-party rights.

4. Right to suspend or refuse the service

We may suspend or terminate the service for accounts that breach the conditions above, or when maintenance and upgrades are needed. For planned maintenance we will give advance notice where possible.

5. Limitation of liability

Learning content is provided as support and for reference. We strive for quality but do not guarantee any specific learning or exam outcome for individual users. The service is provided to the extent permitted by law.
