This page describes how Hanbeego delivers its online Chinese-learning service to users — the service is provided as digital content, with no physical product and no shipping involved.

1. Form of service delivery

Hanbeego delivers its service as online digital content — lessons, vocabulary, grammar, HSK practice exams, pronunciation audio, practice tools and an AI tutor — accessed through the hanbeego.com website and the mobile app (iOS/Android). The entire service is delivered online, with no physical product.

2. Activation timing & method

• Free content is available immediately after you create a Hanbeego account.
• For Premium plans, access is activated automatically as soon as the system confirms a successful payment.
• The duration of a new plan is added on top of your account's current expiry (if any).

3. Access scope & method

• Access with your Hanbeego account via a web browser or the mobile app (iOS/Android).
• Learning progress and Premium entitlement sync between the website and the app under the same account.
• Some audio content can be downloaded for offline use in the app.
• Number of devices: you can sign in to the same account on multiple devices; there is no limit on simultaneous devices, but the account is for one individual only and must not be shared.
• Limits during use: some features (such as the AI tutor) may apply a reasonable rate limit to ensure overall quality; you may not copy, redistribute or commercially exploit the platform's content.

4. Technical requirements

To use the service you need a device with an internet connection and a compatible browser or app version. Experience quality (loading time, audio playback) may depend on your connection and device.

5. Service term & changes

The service is provided continuously for the term of the plan you purchased. When it expires, the account returns to Free and keeps your learning data. Suspension, changes or termination of the service and refund conditions are set out in the Refund & Service Termination Policy.
